• Weekly Site Supervision (1 Site Visit per Week)

Consultancy Package Charges:

• 1 BHK – ₹60,000 (Applicable for projects up to ₹7 Lakhs total valuation including labor)

• 2 BHK – ₹80,000 (Applicable for projects up to ₹9 Lakhs total valuation including labor)

• 3 BHK – ₹1,00,000 (Applicable for projects up to ₹11 Lakhs total valuation including labor)

For projects exceeding the above valuation limits, consultancy charges shall be calculated at 9% of the total project value (including labor cost).

Important Terms:

To ensure consistent quality, timely completion, and the best possible final outcome, all project execution shall be carried out by our trusted and experienced labor team. We work with a reliable team that is familiar with our design standards, quality expectations, and execution processes.

If you are satisfied with our consultancy charges and terms, we will be happy to share the labor execution charges and detailed scope of work for your project.

Note: This package covers Design, Consulting, and Site Supervision services. Material and labor execution costs are separate and will be discussed and finalized after project requirements are reviewed.
